On the afternoon of 1 December 2025, Li Jianchun—partner of ChungRui Tax Group's GuiZhou Office was invited to deliver a specialised training on “Standardising Tax Administrative Enforcement” for the State Taxation Administration’s Qixingguan District Bureau in Bijie City. The training focused on the three hottest practical issues: tax administrative penalties, compulsory enforcement and the use of tax documents, aiming to sharpen front-line officers’ awareness of due process and their ability to apply the law correctly.

Using a deed-tax violation case as the starting point, Li walked participants through the three  key practical issues--procedural legality, practical application, common disputes and risk hotspots. By blending theory with real-world cases, he helped attendees accurately grasp legal provisions and master enforcement techniques, raising the bar for standardised enforcement.

The room was lively: officers jumped in with questions, swapped solutions and brought up concrete problems encountered in daily enforcement for in-depth discussion. After the session, tax officials said the content hit the mark—case-driven, question-answering and immediately applicable—strengthening their sense of procedure, evidence and litigation readiness on the ground.
