On December 9, 2025, the TIHK Chartered Tax Advisor conference was successfully held. Themed “A New Chapter in Going Global: Interpreting the New Tax Environment", it focused on the latest developments, opportunities, and practical considerations in cross-border taxation. The conference attracted government leaders, tax authority officials, legal experts, scholars, and industry professionals from Hong Kong, mainland China and around the world to gather and exchange ideas.. Ms. Ba Haiying, representative of the China Certified Tax Agents Association and senior partner of ChungRui Tax Group,and Ms. Huang Huibin, Chairwoman of the Macau Tax Institute and vice president of ChungRui Tax Group, were invited to attend the event, building a solid bridge for tax professional exchange among mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.

Real-world case studies unpacked the pain points of cross-border taxation, offering insights that were as policy-savvy as they were practice-ready and earning wide acclaim from the audience.
