On the morning of 12 December 2025, ChungRui Tax Group's GuiZhou Office successfully held its 2025 tax and finance knowledge workshop at GuiZhou Modern Logistics Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. The session was led by Ma Xintao, Manager of ChungRui Tax Group 's GuiZhou Office , who provided an in-depth briefing on the forthcoming Value-Added Tax (VAT) Law, highlighting key changes and their practical impact on corporate compliance and management.

Ma opened with the legislative background of the new VAT Law, then walked participants through five core areas: taxpayer scope and taxable transactions, applicable levy rates, non-deductible input VAT, and mixed sales. Set to take effect on 1 January 2026, the law will elevate VAT to statutory status, complete China’s tax-legal framework, stabilise tax collection, enshrine the principle of taxation by law, and clarify the rights and obligations of both tax authorities and taxpayers—ultimately enhancing policy certainty and taxpayer protection.

Dozens of senior executives, finance heads and accounting staff from the Logistics Group attended. During the Q&A, participants raised practical concerns, and Ma offered detailed, policy-based answers, creating a lively, highly interactive learning atmosphere.

Attendees praised the training for its rich content and immediate applicability, saying it resolved pressing questions on the new VAT Law and equipped them to navigate today’s complex tax and finance environment while sharpening financial management and risk-control capabilities.
