The 2025 Asian-Oceanian Tax Consultants’ Association (AOTCA) Annual Convention & International Tax Conference was hold in Kathmandu, Nepal. from 18–21 November 2025. Hosted by the Nepal Tax Consultants Association, the event brought together over 400 delegates—representatives from 17 member bodies across 15 jurisdictions as well as senior government officials. A 100-strong Chinese delegation led by the China Certified Tax Agents Association (CCTAA) ,ChungRui Tax Group was represented by Mr He Yuanquan (Chairman), Ms. Guo Dandan (CEO), Ms. Wang Jun (Partner, ChungRui Tax Group’s Hangzhou Office) and Ms. Eva Tian ( Partner,  ChungRui Tax Group’s Shanghai Office).

 Twenty specialists from mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, the Philippines, Indonesia, Mongolia, Vietnam, Nepal, Korea, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, Japan and Pakistan shared insights.

The conference deepened mutual understanding and broadened international horizons for Chinese practitioners.
