From August 23 to 25, 2026, the Third Session of the Third Council of the Liaoning Merchants Association, together with the "Grassland Tour for Liaoning Merchants" series of activities, was successfully held in Inner Mongolia. Weidong Jin, President of the Liaoning Merchants Association and Chairman of Wellhope Foods Co., Ltd., and Fuhui Zhou, member of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and Party Committee Secretary of the Liaoning Merchants Association, attended the event and delivered speeches. More than 100 participants, including the leadership of the Third Council, presidents of Liaoning merchants chambers from other provinces, and specially invited guests, took part in the activities.

During the meeting, the plaque presentation ceremony of the Enterprise Compliance Advisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Compliance Committee") of the Liaoning Merchants Association was held. As a specialized standing body directly under the Liaoning Merchants Association, the Compliance Committee was initiated by Li Dong, Partner of Chungrui Liaoning Office, and brings together leading compliance experts from across the country. Adhering to the core philosophy of "Serving Members, Preventing Risks, Creating Value, and Leading Development," the Committee is committed to integrating top-tier professional resources in taxation, law, financial auditing, human resources, data security, intellectual property, and ESG, so as to build a research, exchange, and service platform in the compliance field.

Looking ahead, the Compliance Committee will assist member enterprises in systematically addressing risks arising from globalized operations, safeguard the compliant and healthy development of the Liaoning merchants community, and contribute compliance strength to the comprehensive revitalization and new breakthroughs of Liaoning enterprises.
