On May 14, 2026, the second plenary session of the Fifth Member Representatives Congress and the Sixth Council Meeting of the Guizhou Provincial Association of Certified Tax Agents were successfully held in Guiyang, with 143 representatives in attendance. The meeting was chaired by Li Dong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association.

Hui Liu, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Industry Party Committee and President of the Association, conveyed the spirit of the speech delivered by Lijian Liu, President of the China Certified Tax Agents Association, at the Seventh Council's Fourth Meeting and 2026 Industry Work Conference. He systematically arranged the 2026 centralized rectification of improper practices in Guizhou's tax advisor industry, emphasizing the importance of strict party governance guiding industry regulation, active business expansion, and comprehensive capacity building.

Li Dong provided a comprehensive deployment of the 2026 key tasks, including advancing political building through party leadership, deepening business development through diversified cooperation platforms, enhancing member services, strengthening self-regulation and credit management, developing talent through the tax advisor qualification exam, and promoting the industry through brand activities.

The meeting reviewed and voted to approve the Guizhou Provincial Association Charter Revision, the proposal on adjusting the Fifth Council vice presidents, and the proposal on establishing an industry development committee. The Fifth Standing Council with 23 standing directors was elected, completing key governance adjustments to provide development guidance and resource support for the industry.

Lingjun Jiang, Partner at Chungrui Guizhou Office, was elected as a director, standing director, and industry committee member of the Fifth Council, reflecting the professional recognition he has earned through his contributions to the industry.
