On 14 September, the invitation-only China Go-Global Conference—an official side event of the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services supported by the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA)—wrapped up at the CBD International Business Lounge, Samsung Tower. Co-organised by the World Trade Centers of Singapore, Haikou, Saltillo (Mexico) and the China-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, the closed-door gathering brought together executives from listed companies and sector leaders from across China.
Ms Zhang Xia, Head of ChungRui Hantai, shared the firm’s track record in advising listed multinationals, mapping its cross-border experience onto Hainan Free-Trade Port (FTP) policies. Speaking on “Hainan FTP—China’s Most Compliant Tax-Incentive Environment,” she noted that with full customs closure imminent, the island’s tax incentives are a ready-made “traffic magnet.” ChungRui Hantai, she said, acts as both “guardian of FTP bonus policies” and “tax guide on the globalisation journey.” By leveraging Hainan-only tools—such as income-tax exemption on outbound investments and the EF account system—companies can cut costs, boost efficiency and streamline cross-border cash flows, making the FTP the optimal springboard for global expansion.

For its innovative services in facilitating cross-border capital mobility, ChungRui Hantai was awarded the “Outbound Service Partner of the Year.” The recognition at CIFTIS 2025 not only underscores the firm’s technical strength but also lays a solid foundation for long-term cooperation with WTCA. Going forward, ChungRui Hantai will help enterprises maximise FTP incentives, steer clear of cross-border tax pitfalls and make their “going-out” stride steadier and swifter.
