On 9 July 2025, Liaoning ChungRui Tax Agent Co., Ltd. hosted a specialised training session at the Shenyang High-tech Enterprise Association on the theme “High-Quality Development of Tech Enterprises in 2025 – Smarter Tax Solutions for R&D Efficiency, Cost Reduction and Upstream Tax & Finance Compliance.”  

The training was delivered by Ms. Dong Li, Senior Partner of Liaoning ChungRui Tax. Focusing on the most pressing concerns of technology enterprises, Ms. Dong drew on a wealth of real-life audit cases to dissect R&D management challenges, decode key tax and finance policy points, and share proven, actionable implementation methods.  

The event attracted a large turnout of senior executives and finance professionals from numerous high-tech enterprises. Participants praised the programme as systematic, highly practical and hugely beneficial. They not only mastered strategies for boosting R&D efficiency and cutting costs, but also grasped the essentials of achieving upstream tax and finance compliance. After the formal session, Ms. Dong conducted a one-on-one Q&A. Leveraging the latest policies, regulations and extensive industry cases, she provided detailed, professional answers that deepened attendees’ understanding and ability to apply the knowledge.
