On the occasion of the 34th National Tax Publicity Month, in order to actively implement the spirit of tax publicity of "taxation, rule of law, and fairness", give full play to the functions of the Beijing Municipal Political Consultative Conference Tax-Enterprise Communication Service Committee Studio, and further improve the quality and efficiency of tax publicity activities, as well as showcase the spirit of the capital's tax consultant industry, on April 23, the Beijing Municipal Tax Bureau of the State Taxation Administration and the Beijing Certified Tax Consultants Association jointly held tax publicity activities such as "Tax Consultant Firm Open Day" and "Political Advisors Visiting Tax Consultant Firms" with the theme of "Compliance Draws a Concentric Circle, Moving Forward Together to Promote Compliance". They specially invited members of the Beijing Municipal Political Consultative Conference, members of the Xicheng District Political Consultative Conference, members of the Daxing District Political Consultative Conference, representatives of state-owned, private, and foreign enterprises, leaders of the tax consultant association, and tax consultants to jointly visit the Zhongrui Tax Group for on-site visits and research. Through "face-to-face" communication, they had in-depth exchanges on serving the reform of the national financial and taxation system, helping enterprises with tax compliance, preventing tax risks, and jointly promoting tax co-governance.

He Yuanquan, chairman of Zhongrui Tax Consultants Firm, gave a detailed introduction of his firm's development to the committee members and representatives from the business community. He further explained that as the leader in tax-related professional services, the tax consultant industry plays an irreplaceable role in safeguarding the national tax interests, protecting the legal rights and interests of taxpayers and payers, promoting the precise implementation of national tax policies, helping enterprises achieve tax fairness, and empowering enterprises to "go global". It is necessary to further strengthen the professional support of tax consultants in serving the national economic development and contribute professional strength to promoting the modernization of the tax governance system and governance capabilities.

Liu Yi, deputy director of the Economic Committee of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, had an in-depth exchange on tax fairness and certainty. She pointed out that only by further strengthening the certainty of tax policies can a relatively stable business environment with regard to tax policies be provided for a wide range of enterprises. She hopes that tax consultants will have a deep understanding of tax policies and provide more accurate tax-related consulting for a wide range of clients, as well as more feasible service solutions in business practice.

Hu Jun, the executive deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Beijing Certified Tax Consultants Industry and the president of the association, expressed his gratitude to the committee members and business representatives for taking time out of their busy schedules to visit the tax consultant industry and tax firms for guidance and research. He said that inviting committee members and business representatives to visit tax firms for research and inspection is not only to showcase the professional value of the tax consultant industry to everyone, but also to listen to their valuable opinions and suggestions. At present, the digital economy is booming, tax policies are dynamically updated, and the business needs of taxpayers and payers are becoming increasingly diverse. Tax modernization is not just the responsibility of the tax bureau, but requires the government, enterprises, professional institutions and other parties to reach a consensus and deepen cooperation. Tax consultants, who have long been deeply involved in the field of tax-related professional services, are not only the "protectors" of enterprises' compliance operations, but also the "transmitters" of national tax policies.
