April 2025 marks the 34th National Tax Publicity Month. To support the relevant work of the tax publicity month and help enterprises accurately grasp the latest requirements of the Value-Added Tax Law, Tax Collection and Administration Law, and new policies for high-tech enterprises, the 2025 Forum on Corporate Taxation and High-tech Enterprise Declaration, Recognition, and Subsequent Management was held on April 22 at the Yantai Zhifu Social Organization Innovation Park.

This forum was guided by the Yantai Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Yantai Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, the Yantai Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and the Yantai Civil Affairs Bureau. It was jointly organized by the Yantai Enterprise Federation, Yantai Food Industry Association, Yantai Industrial Internet Association, Yantai Equipment Manufacturing Association, Yantai Foundry Association, Yantai Green Manufacturing Development Promotion Association, Yantai Credit Association, Yantai Women Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, Yantai Technology Innovation Association, and Yantai Industrial Economy Promotion Association. Shandong Guoxin Certified Public Accountants Firm and Shandong China-Switzerland Guoxin Tax Service Firm co-organized and designed the courses. More than 360 managers from over 200 enterprises, including Taihe New Materials, Yantai Port, Oriental Electronics, Changyu, Yantai Construction, Linglong, Zhenghai, Northern Textiles, Feilong, CIMC Raffles, Luhua, Jinhai, Raytronics, and Taoming Technology, participated in the event.

The event invited Zhang Yujia, the head tax consultant of Shandong ChungRui Tax Group ,to explain the application of intelligent tax and finance risk self-inspection, one-stop tax data, and the practice of DeepSeek. Six senior experts discussed core issues such as corporate income tax settlement, high-tech enterprise declaration, and risk self-inspection under smart taxation. They provided comprehensive policy interpretation, practical guidance, and risk warnings for enterprises, marking an innovative practice of collaborative synergy among government, society, and industry.

During the event, electronic conference systems, authoritative explanations from front-line law enforcement departments, personalized tutoring during breaks, and interactive exchanges were combined. Case analysis and experience sharing were integrated to enhance operational effectiveness and establish effective communication. Targeted solutions were provided to help enterprises solve difficult problems encountered in their operations. The event was highly praised by the participants for its on-site services.
