　　"System" can be divided into five chapters and 53 items which regulate the aspects of product cost accounting object, the product costing accounting project and scope, the product cost accumulation, and the distribution and carry-over respectively. It will come into effect since January 1, 2014.

According to reports, Ganlee has begun to implement commercial bribery since 2008 at least. Its primary bribery target is the endocrinology doctors in hospitals. "The total amount of bribes may be up to 800 million yuan since 2008, and only in 2012 the bribes has nearly been 300 million. The profit margins of insulin are large, which provide the ease chance for Ganlee to bribe".
