On December 18, 2019, the first "UBBS" business service brand festival with the theme of "Chinese serves, Beijing business", co-sponsored by Beijing federation of business services and Beijing association of listed companies, was held at the national convention center, with more than 100 guests from China and abroad. Chung Rui Tax Group Co., Ltd. also participated in this business exhibition. Our tax partner Zhao Yan delivered a speech in the sub-forum of “Tax Cut and Fee Reduction”.

    The afternoon session was divided into several sub-forums, such as the exhibition economy sub-forum, the human resources sub-forum, the legal compliance sub-forum, the innovative manpower sub-forum, and the tax cut and fee reduction sub-forum, etc. In the tax cut and fee reduction sub-forum, our tax partner Zhao Yan who is also one of national tax leading talents, delivered a speech with the theme of "Key Changes in 2019 New China Individual Income Tax ("New PRC IIT Law”). By sharing a large number of relevant cases, Mr. Zhao elaborated on the key points and difficulties that enterprises and individuals would have encountered with the implementation of the New PRC IIT Law in 2019. Through his in-depth insights on the law and relevant rulings, all participants are expected to get the right direction of the “New PRC IIT Law” and industry development trends.
