CCTAA and Chung Rui Tax Group jointly organized the integrated professional training of Payroll social security and tax

On 13th August 2019, the integrated professional training named of Payroll, social security and tax, which is sponsored by the CCTAA and organized by Chung Rui Tax Group was initiated in Golden Beach Grand Hotel in Yantai. Regardless of the typhoon Lekima, more than 130 of tax specialists and finance and tax staff in corporations have attended the training.

During the morning of 13th August, the opening ceremony of integrated professional training of Payroll social security and tax was held and hosted by Mr. Yuanquan He, general manager of Chung Rui Tax Group. The director of education and training of CCTAA, Mr. Yingjun Guan, and executive vice president and general secretary of Shandong Tax Agents Association, Mr. Shiman Sun respectively delivered a speech. Mr. Sun briefly introduced the basic status of the tax agency industry and thanked to the leadership of CCTAA allowing Shandong Tax Agents Association to lead tax advisors for a profound discussion in terms of how to build up the platform, good image and seek for future development. Mr. Sun also expressed his willing of contributing to the healthy development of the industry with the joint efforts of all members. Mr. Yuanquan He, general manager of Chung Rui Tax Group subsequently expressed his warm welcome to all attendees, and pointed out that tax agents shall not afford simply to taxation study, we need to update the strategic operation, and organization reform on an upper-level of corporation. We shall also focus on the core of finance, human resource management and work with the evaluation from different perspectives and angles, in order to provide the most professional comprehensive services of finance and human resource, serving our client jointly for sustainable development.

After the opening ceremony, the human resource and social security expert, Ms. Zheng Sheng of Chung Rui Fangsheng finance service outsourcing (Beijing) Ltd. delivered a speech in terms of interpretation of social security policy and its practice. Ms. Sheng introduced the background of new social security policy, and interpreted the policy from social security integration perspective with practical cases to analyze the common social security issues and its solution. Meanwhile, Ms. Sheng also proactively interacted with attendees and comprehensively answered questions raised by attendees.

During the afternoon, deputy director of individual income tax department of the State Administrative Tax Bureau delivered a speech of “Interpretation of individual income tax reform and its influence to corporations”. Combined with real case, Ms. Ding thoroughly interpreted the individual income tax reform from both the theoretical and practical perspectives. She has also discussed about potential problems we might be faced with. After the training, many attendees expressed that the speech of Ms. Ding provided them with a deeper understanding of individual income tax reform policy and its influence on corporations.
