On January 14, 2020, the first board of directors of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group was held, which announced the establishment of the board of directors and the board of supervisors of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group. The meeting summarized the work in 2019, further clarified the values of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group, and discussed the work plan for 2020.

On January 19, 2020, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group promulgated the newly revised organizational structure, and established professional committees such as strategic development committee, business standards and practice quality committee, talent development and education and training committee, technical committee, budget and audit committee, etc.

On January 31, 2020, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group launched the activity of “unity of efforts, Chung Rui people in action”, proposed to raise donations and assist designated hospitals through the Zhongruicheng Public Welfare Foundation, and temporarily replace the daily operation of the Zhongruicheng Public Welfare Foundation.

In February 6, 2020, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group and its joint venture company Chung Rui Fangsheng launched the tax and human resources editions of “Policies and practices for enterprises to prevent and control COVID-19”, and issued the information on Tax Law Publicity Month under the name of Beijing Certified Tax Agents Association, to provide effective help to taxpayers and payment recipients affected by the epidemic.

In February 8, 2020, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group launched the latest policy and measures for the first phase of the epidemic prevention and control, updated the policies and measures in the official account till the end of April 30th, with a total of 84 updates, and nearly 600 policies and measures were updated.

On February 13, 2020, in order to meet the training needs during the epidemic period, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group revised the website and added the column of “online classroom”. By the end of June, 12 training courses including human resources, enterprise management consultation, personal income tax and public welfare donation were launched.

On February 17, 2020, in order to improve the management level and business quality, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group officially issued six management systems and various business standard templates, which improved the standardization work of the group.

On February 19, 2020, the annual meeting of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group was held online. The meeting summarized the main achievements of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group in 2019, commended the individuals and teams with outstanding contributions, arranged the work in 2020, and delivered a keynote speech by several representatives from the headquarters and branches.

On February 29, 2020, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group and the legal media Zhishi network reached a cooperation to launch a series of public lecture courses of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group, and the “public welfare donation lecture” was launched online.

On March 6, 2020, as one of the initiators of the “Fangzhou” cloud alliance, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group organized 86 finance and taxation experts from 14 provinces and cities in China to provide expert consultation for enterprises and help “Fangzhou” cloud alliance action. The activity lasted 39 days, with an average of 260 minutes for each expert to answer questions for enterprises.

On March 27, 2020, affected by the epidemic, the “personal income tax final settlement and payment” training sponsored by China Certified Tax Agents Association and undertaken by Chung Rui Tax Agents Group was changed to online courses, which was taught by Zhao Yan and Tian Wenyan, individual income tax experts of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group, Du Cheng, general manager of Chung Rui Fangsheng, and Sun Xiaochuan, an individual tax expert. The relevant courses have been uploaded to the online class of China Certified Tax Agents Association and the official website of Chung Rui China Certified Tax Agents Association.

On March 31, 2020, Nexia international held an online seminar with the theme of “How do members from different regions fight against COVID-19”. Ms. Tian Wenyan, partner of Shanghai Office of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group, delivered a speech to share the measures of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group during the epidemic period.  

On April 10, 2020, Mr. He Peigang, founder of Chung Rui International Group, Mr. He Yuanyuan, general manager of Chung Rui International Group, and Ms. Guo Dandan, general manager of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group, jointly sent a letter to Nexia International, with the willing to provide experience, materials and equipments for Nexia members during the epidemic period. Mr. Kevin Arnold, President of Nexia, and Italian members replied to express their thanks to us.  

On April 21, 2020, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group was awarded the “special business training base of Certified Tax Agents” by China Certified Tax Agents Association. It undertakes the continuing education and training of tax agents industry of China Certified Tax Agents Association, accepts the business guidance of China Certified Tax Agents Association and the management supervision of local association, and carries out special business training of salary, social security and tax integration.

On June 3, 2020, the article “How China plans to boost FDI in wake of the pandemic” published by Ms. Tian Wenyan, partner of the Shanghai Office of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group, was published in the most authoritative investment service magazine “FDI” in the UK.

On June 30, 2020, the article “China Changes Policies To: Support Commerce And Industry After Covid-19” by Ms. Guo Dandan was published in the June issue of IAB international accounting guide. The article was sent to all subscription accounts as one of the three push hotspots.

On June 30, 2020, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group and China Urban Development Alliance formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement to promote close cooperation between the two sides, realize complementary advantages and win-win cooperation, and further expand the influence of Chung Rui Tax Agents Group in the whole country.

January to June 2020

A total of 15 new branches signed with Chung Rui Tax Agents Group, including 1 provincial company (Guizhou), 13 subsidiaries (Chongqing, Xinjiang, Jilin, Shaanxi, Henan, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Hangzhou, Fuyang, Suzhou, Ningbo) and 1 branch (Shenzhen). Chung Rui Tax Agents Group will also launch a new round of investment promotion plan in the second half of the year to further expand the coverage of its service network, and provide better and convenient services to customers.

In the first half of the year, Chung Rui Tax Agents Group has also made outstanding achievements in brand promotion, with more than 30 articles reprinted by websites, magazines and media at home and abroad. Of which, 11 articles were reprinted by the official account of Beijing Certified Tax Agents Association, 8 were reprinted by the official account of China Certified Tax Agents Association, 8 were reprinted by the official account of Nexia, 3 were reprinted by the official website of Nexia, 1 was reprinted by domestic tax magazine, 1 by foreign APAC, FDI and IAB magazines.
