2017年6月30日，中瑞国际在集团第一会议室召开党建会议，热烈庆祝中国共产党建党九十六周年暨中瑞税务师事务所集团有限公司党支部的成立。董事长何培刚先生出席会议并分享致辞。
何董事长指出，中瑞国际在专业服务行业中一直旗帜鲜明地加强非公经济基层党组织建设，相应地，党建工作的有序开展也更好地促进了企业的发展，增强了财会人群体之间的凝聚力。何董事长强调，要通过加强党的建设，不断提高党建在统领全局、指导决策、引领方向的重要作用，用党建理论指导实践、解决问题、推动工作。
会上，何培刚董事长对优秀共产党员张永远同志、优秀党务工作者陈倩倩同志和入党积极分子于亚军同志进行了表彰，并宣读了北京注册会计师协会对中瑞税务师事务所集团有限公司成立党支部的批文、对税务二部姬媛媛同志任命党支书的批文。四位受到表彰的同志在鲜红党旗的映照下，郑重地从何董事长手中接过了荣誉证书。
新任中瑞税务集团党支书的姬媛媛同志向与会人员讲述了自己入党这些年的心路历程。“自2011年加入中国共产党，我就开始严格要求自己，因为我知道我现在是一个党员，这个身份让我有了责任感，必须要加强党性，提高自身的素质和业务能力，充分发挥共产党员的先锋带头作用。”
