5月19日，中国注册税务师协会印发了《关于颁发高端人才证书的通知》。这也是即2014年开始实施税务师行业高端人才培养计划之后，协会对于两期培训成果的汇总与展示。中瑞国际核心成员公司中瑞税务集团蔡艳富、郭亚、白春艳、李美珍，中瑞诚会计师事务所赵月辉共5人成功完成预定任务并通过考核，入选中税协（一期）高端人才名单。
此次培养计划由协会面向全国事务所展开，依据工作业绩、发展潜力、工作经验、级别职称、专业学历、学术成果等多项指标选择培养对象，同时通过较高的专业标准来审定考核，以实现全国范围内的财税专业人才储备。经过2014年级、2015年级两期培训，244名学员圆满完成预定学习任务并通过考核，获得协会颁发的“高端人才证书”。
