就此，权威财税期刊《新理财》专访普华永道（中国）间接税主管合伙人、麦当劳中国区CFO等专业人员，推出了“走出税改阵痛期——营改增半年回顾”的专题报道。中瑞税务师事务所合伙人杜小妹做为企业代表，接受了此次专题采访。
此次专访报道中，杜小妹杜总就“房地产行业营改增效果及问题”情况发表了自己的观点。杜总表示，“对于房地产企业而言，可抵扣的进项税主要是：土地、房屋建筑成本（不包括人工）”。针对建筑施工企业面对税改出现的挑战，她直言“中小型建筑施工企业的采购渠道相对于大型企业更加繁杂，是否可以抵扣的增值税专用发票是影响企业税负的关键。”
