2015年第一期《注册税务师》杂志的“特别关注”栏目刊登了中税协宋兰会长的专访，中税协秘书长李林军和地方税协会长、秘书长等行业管理者的7篇文章，国内大型税务师事务所等行业执业者的5篇文章。其中，北京中瑞诚税务师事务所合伙人马宁老师提出，为助力行业发展，行业人要进一步强化三个能力：
