2014年12月1日至3日，公司总经理何源泉先生代表中瑞国际集团中瑞国际资产评估(北京)有限公司在江苏省资产评估协会举办的江苏省资产评估机构负责人培训班上做了《评估机构多元化发展的实践与思考》的专题讲座，受到江苏省资产评估机构负责人的广泛好评。来自江苏省174家资产评估机构的负责人和江苏省资产评估协会部分常务理事180多人参加了本次培训班。
协会领导对本次培训班非常重视，张雨歌、王大云、刘家龙三位副会长，分别就新形势下评估行业发展面临的机遇和挑战、行业曲折发展过程、协会秘书处建设谈了他们的看法。学员们普遍反映，本次培训班指导思想明确，主题突出，时间安排紧凑，课程和内容具有很强的针对性和实用性。通过培训拓宽了视野，理清了思路。在目前新经济形势下，行业发展面临巨大困难的同时，也看到了我国各项深化改革措施给行业发展带来的新机遇，从而增强了大家的信心。
