2014年7月，国家税务总局针对部分总局定点联系企业的全流程风险管理工作(以下简称风险管理工作)正式启动，全面排查8户大企业的税务风险，预计年底结束。中瑞诚有幸参与了企业自查工作，为8户被查企业中的一家开展了内部自查。
今年的风险管理工作将采取“税务审计+税务稽查”的模式，中瑞协助企业在国家税务总局税务稽查之前，首先完成了企业自查。从内部梳理了企业的全流程风险管理工作，并在建立健全税务风控体系，建立完善大企业基础信息库和分行业税收风险特征库，创新风险应对方式，提高风险应对能力，完善大企业税收专业化管理模式等方面提出了专业的意见和建议。
