中瑞诚集团关怀广大青年同志的成长，在“五四”青年节这一天中午请28岁以下同事在日昌餐馆聚餐。在聚餐前，由活动发起部门人事部同事讲话，本次聚餐活动首先庆祝五四青年节，其次在新的一年开始，加入了许多新员工，通过本次聚餐活动，创造一个让新老员工相互了解的机会。在场每一位同事介绍自己并以“我希望…”开头说一句话，表达了对自己或对公司或对未来的美好期望。
通过本次活动，让大家在相互认识的基础上进一步加深的了解，增进部门与部门之间的联系，使公司同事的友谊更加深厚，同时也能够促进公司和谐文化的建设。
