2023年3月17日，西藏自治区注册税务师协会召开第三届会员代表大会。本届大会共有62名会员代表出席，是继2019年召开第二届会员代表大会以来的又一次行业盛会。
大会由协会第二届秘书长罗文刚主持。会长群培代表第二届理事会作了工作报告，并委托卢晶代表第二届理事会作财务收支情况报告，会议审议并表决通过了上述报告，表决通过了《西藏自治区注册税务师协会章程》修订案。根据《选举办法》，大会选举产生了第三届理事会成员55名。
随后召开了第三届第一次理事会，经选举产生了第三届理事会常务理事。在常务理事中选举产生了新一届负责人，其中拉萨中瑞恒信税务师事务所所长沈熠全票当选为副会长，恭贺沈熠荣誉当选！
