12月14日下午，由中瑞税务集团房地产行业委员会，世联评估、瑞联平台共同举办的业务交流会在以线上视频会议的形式顺利召开，本次会议旨在促进各机构间的业务交流与合作，共同探讨面临的挑战与机遇、促进业务合作与发展，各机构领导、核心专家成员共计30余人参加会议。
出席本次交流会的主要领导及核心专家代表为中瑞税务集团总经理郭丹丹、总裁牛良文、中瑞税务房地产行业委员会主任骆恩新及委员会成员，世联评估副总经理孙绮、瑞联资信首席技术官王小方、平台数据科技运营官周文等及世联评估各分公司代表列席参会。本次交流会就房地产涉税服务、咨询服务、证券化服务、数据科技服务、不良资产及公募REITs等业务进行了一系列的分享与探讨，各机构人士从专业服务和实战经验出发，在评估、咨询、税务、财务监管、数据科技等领域总结房地产行业发展中存在的问题与机遇，确定了2022年公司业务发展的方向。
此次交流会立足于实操业务，直击重点，通过良好互动、深层探讨，取得了良好效果。
