2021年10月26日，根据中瑞税务集团信息化建设规划，决定试运行永信签信息系统，为保证后续项目顺利进行，在集团总部多媒体会议室组织并开展“永信签系统培训”，培训采用线下、线上相结合的方式，外阜分支机构及北京各业务部门同事参加了此次培训。培训讲师是来自北京三联永信科技有限公司的总经理吴运伟，通过“永信签系统”的业务流程、行政盖章、投标、财务等各个板块分步进行详解，让参会人员更进一步了解熟悉信息系统。
