为进一步夯实区税务师行业妇女工作基础，维护妇女群众合法权益，最大限度地发挥广大妇女在构建和谐社会中的积极性和创造性，把妇女组织建设成为政治稳定、组织健全、班子精干的群众组织，切实激发行业组织活力，经西藏自治区妇女联合会批准，成立了西藏自治区注册税务师协会妇女联合会。
2020年12月14日，西藏自治区注册税务师协会妇女联合会第一次代表大会在拉萨召开，拉萨中瑞恒信税务师事务所有限公司沈熠同志当选第一届妇女联合会主席。此次妇女代表大会推选出的执委、常委、主席、副主席将领导和管理西藏税务师行业内的妇女工作，充分发挥好妇女的“半边天”作用。
