2012年12月12日，乔桂梅主任组织全体员工学习了党的十八大会议精神，并且认真学习了习近平总书记的讲话精神。
首先由乔桂梅主任就两位领导的讲话精神结合工作实践给全体员工做了讲解，通过学习我们充分认识到：1、坚持改革开发，就是中国的发展之路；2、全面建成小康社会，必须走改革开放之路；3、实现中华民族的伟大复兴必须坚持改革开发。
通过学习全体员工一致认识到，我们每一个人的前途和命运都与国家和民族的前途和命运紧紧相连，正如习近平总书记所讲到的：“国家好，民族好，大家才会好”同时也充分认识到了实干兴邦的深刻意义所在。
