2019年10月24日，世界银行发布的《2020年营商环境报告》中列出的全球地区参与调查的贡献者名单中，中瑞税务集团作为被调查对象之一，被列入营商环境报告的答谢名单。
世界银行《2020年营商环境报告》是年度研究中的一项，该研究调查了促进和限制商业活动的法规，提供了有关商业法规和产权保护的量化指标。
世界银行《2020年营商环境报告》指出由于大力推进改革议程，中国连续第二年跻身全球营商环境改善最大的经济体排名前十。中国在截止到今年5月1日的12个月中实施了创纪录的8项营商环境改革，全球营商便利度排名第31，在满分100分中得分77.9。世界银行中国局局长芮泽（Martin Raiser）表示：“中国为改善中小企业的国内营商环境做出了巨大努力，保持了积极的改革步伐，在多项营商环境指标上取得了令人赞许的进步，特别是在办理施工许可证领域。”
《2020年营商环境报告》的答谢名单中列出了15000个合作伙伴参与到这190个国家和地区的调查中，这些合作伙伴包括法律专家、商业顾问、会计师、货运代理、政府官员和其他专业人员。其中，合伙人赵岩先生代表中瑞税务集团参与到此次调查中，为此次营商环境调查做出贡献。
