尼克夏国际Nexia International北美区域会议于2019年5月15-17日在美国犹他州盐湖城旁的2002年冬奥小镇帕克城-瑞吉鹿谷酒店（St. Regis Deer Valley）召开。本届会议的主题是“事务所成长Firm Growth”。来自北美的代表和欧洲、亚洲等其他区域的同事们一起参加了会议，探讨了包括科技改变会计行业、不同规模的财务管理实务，北美区域战略、事务所人力资源与培训发展和美国州与地区税务等议题。
尼克夏国际去年将北中美和南美的区域布局，重新划分为北美与拉丁美洲两个板块。此次会议是新北美的第一次区域会议，部分其他区域的同事们远道而来共襄盛举。来自中国深圳的韦金记先生(Glen Wei)代表中瑞税务集团参加了此次会议。
尼克夏全球总裁凯文・阿诺德先生在开场致辞特别感谢了非北美区域参会成员代表们，提到来自中国中瑞税务集团代表韦先生时，他说：“我将来会更多地提及中国，但是在这里，我要告诉大家，韦先生代表的中瑞税务集团是相当优秀的中国成员所之一，我很高兴他今天可以来到这里。”
