On June 25, 2026, Chungrui Tax Group's 2026 Annual Professional Conference opened in Guiyang, focusing on two major themes through in-depth discussion centered on real cases.

The morning seminar was chaired by Yan Zhao, Vice General Manager of the Group, and addressed high-frequency practical issues arising from the implementation of the new Value-Added Tax Law. The "Value-Added Tax Law of the People's Republic of China," effective January 1, 2026, marks a historic transition from provisional regulations to statutory law, systematically adjusting and refining numerous provisions and placing higher demands on the practical capabilities of tax professional service firms.

Combining deep theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience, Yan Zhao led participants through real business cases provided by Chungrui Yunnan Office, Chungrui Guizhou Office, and various business departments, following a "case introduction — legal analysis — practical recommendation" framework that progressed layer by layer. The engaging presentation sparked lively discussion and gave all attendees a more systematic and deeper understanding of the practical key points of the new VAT Law.

The afternoon session, chaired by Vice General Manager Yanghu Wang, focused on two core areas: identification of high-risk tax matters and tax dispute resolution. Six practical cases were selected, covering partnership enterprise tax treatment, special-period expense deductions, nonprofit organization tax-exempt qualifications, cross-border tax treaty application, controlled foreign corporation rules, and dividend tax confirmation. Cases were shared by representatives from multiple offices including Beijing business departments, Chungrui Liaoning Office, and Chungrui Tianjin Office.
