【News】ChungRui Tax Group Vice-Chair & Managing Partner Guo Dandan Addresses Nexia Caucasus & Central Asia Regional Conference, Mapping New Pathways for Cross-Border Collaboration

Tbilisi, 10 October 2025 – Invited by Nexia International, Ms. Guo Dandan, Vice-Chairman and Managing Partner of ChungRui Tax Group, delivered a keynote speech at the 2025 Nexia Caucasus & Central Asia Regional Partners’ Meeting. The conference brought together managing and senior partners from the five Central-Asian republics plus Georgia and Armenia, with Nexia Global CEO Mr. Matthew Howell opening the plenary session and outlining the network’s growth vision.

In her presentation, Ms. Guo traced the 27-year evolution of the ChungRui brand, highlighted the firm’s technical depth in China-tax and outbound-investment advisory, and proposed a concrete three-point cooperation framework:

1. Real-time intelligence sharing on PRC outbound capital flows into the Caucasus & Central-Asia corridor;

2. Joint go-to-market packages combining ChungRui’s China-side structuring capability with local compliance and incentive-navigation expertise;

3. Dual-delivery staffing that places bilingual ChungRui seniors inside CIS projects while hosting regional partners on PRC due-diligence missions.

She emphasized that ChungRui is ready to build a “tax-safe corridor” for Chinese enterprises moving along the Belt & Road, and to co-create an open, inclusive and mutually beneficial regional ecosystem with all Nexia member firms.
