On January 15, 2025, He Yuanquan, Chairman of ChungRui  Tax Group, and CEO Guo Dandan, visited the Qianhai Belt and Road Legal Services Federation in Shenzhen together with members of the AirTax Global Alliance. They were warmly received by Li Chen, Deputy Secretary-General of the Federation and Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Enterprise department Association, Jianming Xie, Assistant to the President of the Federation, and Yajun Xu, Minister of Development Affairs.

During the visit, Mr. Li, Mr. Xie, and Ms. Xu introduced the background and operations of the Qianhai Belt and Road Legal Services Federation to the attendees. Ms. Sun Guihua, Honorary Chairwoman of AirTax Global, provided an overview of the alliance and its members. Both parties engaged in a detailed exchange and learning regarding the federation’s development, organizational structure, service scope, and future plans.

The Shenzhen Overseas Exchange Association suggested forming a Global Chinese Accountants and Tax Consultants Alliance modeled after the Global Chinese Lawyers Alliance. In-depth discussions were held on how to deepen cooperation between the tax and legal fields, jointly promote industry innovation and development, and better serve enterprises investing along the Belt and Road.

Chairman He Yuanquan introduced ChungRui Tax Group, emphasizing its commitment to providing professional, efficient, and comprehensive tax services. He noted that the visit not only enhanced mutual understanding and trust but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation.

Both teams placed great importance on the opportunity to collaborate with the Qianhai Belt and Road Legal Services Federation. Recognizing the strong complementarity between legal and tax services, both parties expressed their desire to integrate and share resources effectively, leverage their respective strengths, and form a powerful cooperative structure that would advance the internationalization of tax and legal services.

The visit established a bridge of communication and marked a new chapter in future cooperation. Both sides agreed to maintain close contact, strengthen communication and collaboration, and jointly contribute to the development of the tax and legal services industry.
