In order to further consolidate the workfoundation of women in the district tax accountant industry, safeguard thelegitimate rights and interests of women, maximize the enthusiasm andcreativity of women in the construction of a harmonious society, developwomen's organizations into capable mass organizations, with the approval of theTibet Autonomous Region Women's Federation, the Women's Federation of the TibetAutonomous Region Registered Tax Agents Association has been established.

On December 14, 2020, the First Congress ofthe Women's Federation of the Tibet Autonomous Region Certified Tax AgentsAssociation was held in Lhasa. Md. Shen Yi from Chung Rui Tax Group Lhasa Officewas elected president of the First Women's Federation.

The executive committee members, standingcommittee members, chairmen and vice-chairmen elected by the Women's Congresswill lead and manage the work of women in the tax agent industry in Tibet andgive full play to the role of women as "half the sky".
