In order to improve ATR’s interpretation and practical implementation by tax professionals and further enhance the strategic capabilities and thought-leadership of tax firms in business expansion, product innovation, business optimization, and assist in a successful landing of the first ATR task, China Certified Tax Agent Association (“CCTAA”) sponsored ATR training courses and we were given the opportunity to hold them.

The ATR training courses were originally scheduled to be held from February 16th to 18th, 2020 in Jinan, Shandong province. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, it had to be changed into online courses.

Mr. Rock Zhao and Mrs. Eva Tian of Chung Rui Tax Group, Mr. Cheng Du, the General Manager and Mr. Xiaochuan Sun of Chung Rui FESCO, who are all specialized in China Individual Income Tax (“IIT”) field recorded the online courses related to ATR regulations and processes.

It is expected that all staff in tax firms could further enhance the technical skills through the series of ATR training courses, and we could assist tax authorities in completing the ATR task for the first year successfully.     3. China IIT treatment on non-resident individuals and resident individuals staying in China for one-full year – conducted by Mrs. Eva Tian （the IIT expert of Chung Rui Tax Group);

    4. Practical guidance on ATR on comprehensive income – conducted by Mr. Xiaochuan Sun (the IIT expert of Chung Rui FESCO);

    5. IIT and ATR’s products and platform construction – conducted by Mr. Cheng Du (the General Manager of Chung Rui FESCO).
