He studied at the School of Law, Peking University from 1995 to 2002, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Law.

He has nearly nine years of experience in the Beijing Tax Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers and more than 10 years of experience in domestic tax firms providing professional tax services. In addition to providing tax services for traditional manufacturing and trade industries.  He has also offered tax consulting services to clients in emerging industries such as the Internet, P2P finance, private equity funds, and trusts. He has accumulated rich knowledge and experience in tax issues related to the financial sector and the management of non-resident enterprises.

As an industry expert in tax intermediaries, he has been invited multiple times by the Budget Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress to participate in discussions on tax system reforms, including the Tax Collection and Administration Law, Individual Income Tax, and Value-added Tax.
