Graduated from Ningbo University with a major in Finance and Accounting in 1998, I have over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, real estate development, equity investment, and the financial industry. I served as the financial manager of a state-owned production enterprise for six years. Later, I worked as the financial director and general manager of a subsidiary of a private multinational group (one of China’s top 500 companies) for 16 years. I have participated in and been responsible for the tax planning of several strategic investor exits and bankruptcy reorganizations. I have extensive experience in tax planning, especially in real estate development and equity investment-related tax issues, as well as in dealing with tax audits.
