He previously served as a director of the Shandong Provincial Institute of Certified Tax Consultants. He graduated from Linyi Finance School and pursued a postgraduate program at Shandong University of Finance and Economics while working. After working in the tax department for 10 years, he engaged in consulting and corporate project application work at a tax service firm. He is currently the head of the Feixian Small and Medium - sized Enterprises Service Center.

In 2013, he established a socialized service platform for private enterprises in the county. For many years, he has been committed to providing tax and financial consulting and certification services for project applications in the fields of science and technology, development and reform, commerce, and agriculture within the county. He has extensive experience in project application and human resources in the field of finance and taxation within the county.
