Mr. Wei Bin is a council member of the Financial and Tax Law Research Committee of the China Law Society, a member of the Capital Markets Professional Committee of the China Certified Tax Agents Association, and a participant in the legislative revision of the Tax Collection and Administration Law under the same association. He also serves as an external mentor for the Master of Taxation programs at Peking University Law School, Central University of Finance and Economics, and Capital University of Economics and Business.

With 35 years of experience in the tax and finance sector, including 15 years in tax authorities, Mr. Wei has been deeply involved in consulting and research for major tax policy initiatives led by the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration.
